THANKS SO MUCH BUTTERFLY CARD

I want to share our NEW Beautiful Wings™ Embosslit with you.  It's one of our NEW dies featured in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  These little butterflies are very detailed and elegant.  They are created in just one pass through the Stampin' Up! BIG SHOT by Sizzix™ die cutting machine.  The die cuts and embosses four delicate butterflies in one pass through the Big Shot.

 

Mukibug Tips:

• After puncing a 1-3/8" Circle in the WHISPER WHITE™ cardstock, I positioned it on top of the SO SAFFRON™ card stock to trace the hole with a pencil.
• Using a Stamp-a-majig (see video tutorial on Stamp-A-majig below), I stamped my sentiment, "thanks so much", right in the center of the penciled circle.  I erased my pencil mark before adhering the Whisper White cardstock on top of the So Saffron card stock.
• The prongs from the brad were so long, they stuck out from behind the Rich Razzleberry BOHO BLOSSOMS PUNCH™ flower; so, I cut them half-way off with a pair of scissors.

My Digital Studio™ Saving to JPEG

It's another My Digital Studio™ Monday!  Visit my previous lessons HERE.  Learning how to use this new intuitive DESIGN SOFTWARE is easy as can be.  I am enjoying alI the creative tools offered in this dynamic software.  Being able to use exclusive Stampin' Up! designs and colors helps me be as creative as I want to be.  And with all the SHARING format options avaialble, I can easily share my creations with others, in many different ways.

Today, I want to walk you through the steps of SHARING YOUR PROJECT in a JPEG format.  With your project saved, you'll be able to share it in many ways.  Wherever you can print or attach .jpeg (or .jpg) images, you'll be able to use this project.  Above, In the DESIGN CENTER, you will select the SHARE PROJECT MENU.  Select EXPORT TO JPG and your EXPORT JPEG WIZARD window will open, as shown below.

There will be six steps to this process.  Here is Step 1, the WELCOME SCREEN.

Step 2 will be to SELECT THE PAGES of the project you would like to save to jpg.

Step 3 will be to SELECT THE SIZE of your saved JPEG project.  This will depend on the way you want to share your project.  It you want to email it to someone, use the Web/Email setting.  The other three settings; Small, Medium & Large will determine the volume of pixels your image is saved using.  The higher the quality to larger the file and therefore the more disk storage space it requires.  This will also determine the size and quality of your image.

Within each setting, Web/Email, Small, Medium, Large, you have the option of selecting the IMAGE QUALITY at which your project is saved.  This is Step 4 and has to do with the sharpness of each of those PIXELS you selected above.

Step 5 is about where (OUTPUT LOCATION), on your hard drive, are you going to save your new JPEG formatted project.  You will want to put it somewhere you can find it easily to share with others.

Step 6, the final step is to review your SUMMARY page.  This page will remind you of all the details aobut your newly created JPEG project file.  It will show you the NAME of your file, the quality and where you stored your new file on your hard drive.  When you are satisfied, select FINISHED.
