Stampin' Up! announced an exciting RENOVATION to their COLOR FAMILIES!  It is dramatic enough to be called a COLOR RENOVATION!  I have a lot of great information to share with you.  Let's start at the beginning . . .

Stampin' Up! has been doing exhaustive research over the past several years, to learn the best way to meet customer needs.  As you know, from my {SHORT & SWEET} WORKSHOP promotion, even the Workshops have been motified to better serve the consumer.  With all the research data in, including many results from consumer focus group studies, CHANGE is what is happening with Stampin' Up!  This is WONDERFUL change to experience and I'm honored to be a affiliated with a company willing to invest in valuable research and follow-through with the research results!  :D

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010 with our NEW 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog release . . .

• The current four (4)COLOR FAMILIES will be regrouped and renamed into four(4) COLOR COLLECTIONS.
• Each COLOR COLLECTION (Brights, Subtles, Regals and Neutrals) will have 10 colors creating 40 CORE COLORS;
• 29 of our CURRENT COLORS will RETIRE June 30, 2010 or while supplies last.  Availability guaranteed through May 31, 2010.
• Seven (7) of our past In-Color's will return and be placed in our 40 CORE COLOR COLLECTION.
• Three (3) of our current In-Color's will also be added to the 40 CORE COLORCOLLECTION .
• Five (5) brand NEW colors will be added to the 40 CORE COLOR COLLECTION.
• We will continue to introduce five (5) new In-Colors every year; however, they will be active for two (2) years, instead of one (1).  We will introduce five(5) new In-Colors on July 1, 2010 in the new 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog.  They will be active for two (years).  Then July 1, 2011, when the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog is introduced, we will bring in five (5) MORE In-Color's.  From that point on, we will be offering 10 In-Colors at any given time. Five (5) In-Colors will be rotated in/out each year.

He Lives! Happy Easter

Mary Magdalene stood weeping outside Jesus' tomb. She stooped to look inside and saw two angels, who asked her why she wept. Mary said she did not know where Jesus' body had been taken. As she turned back, Mary noticed someone standing there. It was Jesus, but she did not recognize Him until He spoke her name. The Savior explained that He had not yet ascended to His Father in Heaven and asked her to tell the Apostles the things He said to her. Mary ran quickly to tell the Apostles that she had seen the risen Lord.

Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. John 20:16

Having found Jesus' tomb empty on the third day after His death, Mary Magdalene ran to tell Peter and John. They went back with her and saw for themselves that Jesus' body was not there. After Peter and John went home, Mary stood weeping outside the empty tomb. She looked into the sepulchre and saw two angels in white. Both were sitting where Jesus' body had lain. The angels asked Mary why she was crying. She said, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him" (John 20:13; see also John 20:1012).

Mary turned away and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not recognize Him. He asked her why she was crying and whom she was looking for. Mary thought He was the gardener or caretaker and said, "Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away" (John 20:15; see also John 20:14).

Then Jesus said, "Mary." Mary turned and recognized Him and cried, "Rabboni," which means Master. (See John 20:16.)

Jesus asked Mary not to touch Him because He had not yet ascended to His Father in Heaven. He told her to go to the Apostles and tell them that she had seen Him. Jesus said, "Say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God" (John 20:17).

Mary hurried to tell the Apostles that she had seen the Lord and that He had spoken to her (see John 20:18).
